Domiciled in Wisconsin, National Mutual Benefit is licensed to do business in 11 states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Not all products are available in each state.
