Administrative Assistant — Marketing

Description
Must be organized, detail orientated, motivated, energetic, proactive, dependable, and polite part-time employee. This position requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. An Associate’s Degree is preferred, or the equivalent in experience. This individual should also be a self-starter who has good listening skills, great attention to detail, is able to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good planning and organizational skills, and is able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
  • Corporate Agency
  • Update Master’s Club brochures
  • Create manager testimonials packets and agent testimonials
  • Address birthday/anniversary cards for career and PPGA agents
  • Customer Service Letters
  • Track CE Credits
  • Send out recruiting, phone, CTR’s and GPO’s leads
  • New Member Campaign – track and send out flyers
  • Fills supply orders and maintains supply closet
  • Maintains the Box Office

    Administrative Human Resources Assistant — HR

    Description
    Provides key support to Human Resources, the President and Vice President of Operations through a wide variety of administrative/clerical tasks.

    Requirements
    Some post high school education in administrative/clerical concern or human resources preferred. One to two years experience in an office setting required. Exposure to the basics of Human Resources a plus.

    Must be organized, detail orientated, motivated, energetic, proactive, dependable; have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with poise and tact. This position requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

    Should also be a self-starter who has good listening skills, great attention to detail, is able to multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has good planning and organizational skills, and is able to work independently.
