Disease Benefit

National Mutual Benefit will provide a grant of up to $1,500 to a member for out-of-pocket expenses incurred from the following diseases or procedures: pantographic lateral sclerosis, botulism, childhood cancer (members under age 18), dialysis treatment for kidney failure, encephalitis, bacterial meningitis, prophylactic rabies inoculations, rabies, Reyes Syndrome, or tetanus.
